What kind of products do you sell?

At Econoshop, we offer a variety of products across different categories, from brand-new items to refurbished products, always in great condition and at unbeatable prices. Our inventory changes every week, so there’s always something new to discover! all at competitive prices compared to traditional retailers. We believe in transparency, and we always make sure to clearly indicate the condition of each product so you can shop with confidence.

Our Product Categories:

  • Brand New: These products have never been sold to a consumer and are generally surplus inventory. They are in perfect condition, just as you would find in a retail store.
  • Like New: These items have never been sold to a consumer either, but the packaging may show signs of wear and tear. However, the product inside is completely new and unused.
  • Return: These products were previously purchased by a consumer and then returned to the retailer. They may or may not have been opened. We have two subcategories here:

    Return - Unopened: The product remains sealed and untouched.
  • Return - Opened: The packaging was opened, but we thoroughly test the product to ensure it’s fully functional before offering it for sale.
  • Refurbished: These items have been cleaned, fully tested, and are entirely functional. They may show minor signs of use, but they are in great working condition.

How often do you get new stock?

Why are there two prices on your website, one crossed out and the other displayed?

The crossed-out price represents the regular retail price typically recommended for sale in traditional stores. The displayed price is our discounted price, which we offer to provide you with great value on new, like new, open-box, and refurbished products. At Econoshop Canada, we focus on delivering high-quality items at prices lower than standard retail, ensuring you get the best deal.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time, ensuring you are informed every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

At Econoshop Canada, we offer a 14-day return policy for items that are not functioning as expected. While all sales remain final on new, like new, open-box, and refurbished products, we understand that issues can arise. That's why, if you receive a product that is defective or not functioning properly, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us. We will promptly follow up and work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all items are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are in excellent working condition. This policy helps us maintain significant discounts while providing peace of mind for our customers.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Canada. However, we are exploring options for international shipping in the future to better serve our customers.
